Connect Bares Wires into Screw Holes to Create 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Connector

If you need a new 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Connector, just cut your old one off and put the + into the + Hole and - into the - Hole on this new Connector.

 

Simply cut your old connector off to expose the Bare Wire, unscrew the screws on this new connector and push your 2 wires in.

 

If it doesn't work, take the wires out and put them in the other way around as the polarity may be the wrong way round.

 

This is a cheap way to replace an adaptor which is only faulty due to a broken connector or cable.
